By accessing clickpro.io.vn, signing up for a trial or using the Click Pro service (the "Service"), you ("Customer") agree to the terms below. The Service is provided by NextSmarter ("we", "us", website nextsmarter.com).

1. The Service

Click Pro tracks Google Ads clicks that pass through the Customer's Tracking template, scores the likelihood of fraud using rules and (optionally) AI models, and may exclude IP addresses from the Customer's Google Ads campaigns through the official Google Ads API. Features may change, be added or be discontinued over time.

2. Trial and fees

The trial is free for the period and scope agreed by both parties during setup.
After the trial, if the Customer continues to use the Service, fees and plan are agreed in writing or by email before any charge. We do not charge automatically without an agreement.
Advertising costs paid to Google and AI service costs chosen by the Customer (if using their own API key) are not included in Click Pro fees.

3. Account access and Customer responsibilities

The Customer represents that they have lawful rights to the Google Ads account, website and data they connect.
The Customer grants Click Pro access through Google's OAuth mechanism and may revoke it at any time in their Google account; once revoked, features that require that access stop working.
The Customer is responsible for complying with Google Ads policies and applicable law, including informing website visitors about the collection of technical data (IP address, device, etc.) where required.
The Customer keeps their credentials secure and is responsible for activity under their account.

4. Probabilistic nature of fraud detection

Detecting invalid clicks relies on statistical inference. The Service may miss bad clicks or, in some cases, block legitimate users by mistake (for example, shared IPs). Click Pro provides an allowlist, a review mode and unblocking so the Customer stays in control. We do not guarantee any particular block rate, savings or business outcome.

Ad fraud statistics on the website are third-party estimates for reference only; they are not a commitment or a measurement of the Customer's account.

5. Permitted and prohibited use

Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to violate Google's policies.
Do not probe, attack, reverse engineer or overload the system; do not use the Service to inject fake data.
Do not resell or make the Service available to third parties without written agreement.

6. Intellectual property

Click Pro, its algorithms, interface, trademarks and documentation belong to NextSmarter or its licensors. The Customer may use the Service for the term of the agreement and may not assign that right. The Customer's data remains the Customer's.

7. Data and security

The collection, use and storage of data are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free; the Service depends on Cloudflare, Google and other providers' infrastructure.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". NextSmarter is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost business opportunities or advertising costs incurred; total liability (if any) is limited to the fees the Customer paid for Click Pro in the previous 3 months.

9. Suspension and termination

The Customer may stop using the Service at any time and revoke Google Ads access. We may suspend or terminate the Service if the Customer breaches these Terms or if there is a security risk. After termination, data is deleted according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy or upon the Customer's valid request.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; the new version takes effect when posted on the website (or notified directly for material changes). Continuing to use the Service means accepting the changes.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vietnam. Contact: contact@nextsmarter.com.
