Privacy Policy

NextSmarter ("we") provides Click Pro. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect data, following Vietnamese personal data protection law (including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP).

1. Data we collect

a) When you request a trial on the website: your name, phone number, email, advertised website, spend level and any text you enter; plus basic technical data (IP address, country, browser) to prevent spam and secure the form. The website uses Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and the performance of NextSmarter's own advertising; depending on how tags are configured, Google and measurement partners may set cookies or identifiers in your browser. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.

b) When a Customer uses the Service:

• Ad click data passing through the Tracking template: timestamp, IP address, device/browser type (User-Agent), carrier/ASN, country, Google click IDs (gclid/gbraid/wbraid), campaign/ad group/keyword, landing page, scoring result.
• Google Ads data via OAuth: account and campaign lists, excluded-IP lists and related settings, aggregate metrics (cost, clicks) used to compute CPC and savings. OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted.
• Conversion data (if the Customer enables it): conversion events linked to click IDs.

2. Purposes of use

• Detect and block invalid clicks, show reports and alerts.
• Contact you for consultation and setup support after you sign up.
• Security, abuse prevention and improving the quality of the Service.

We do not sell personal data and do not use this Customer's click data for third-party advertising.

3. AI

When AI judgment is enabled, the system sends technical characteristics of the click (carrier/ASN, country, device type, frequency, scoring result) to the AI provider chosen by the Customer. IP addresses are not sent in this flow. The Customer is subject to the policies of the AI provider they select.

4. Data processors

• Cloudflare — infrastructure for running the application, database and content delivery network.
• Google — Google Ads API / OAuth, Google Tag Manager and the measurement tags loaded through it.
• Brevo — sending notification emails (for example, trial request emails and reports).
• AI provider chosen by the Customer (if AI is enabled).
• Optional notification channels (ntfy/Telegram) configured by the Customer.

Data may be processed outside Vietnam by the infrastructure providers listed above.

5. Retention

• Click logs: up to 90 days by default, then deleted automatically (the Customer can configure a different period).
• Notifications, audit logs and AI analyses: kept for the configured period (7 to 180 days by default, depending on the type).
• Trial request details: kept in NextSmarter's mailbox until the consultation purpose ends or you ask for deletion.

6. Security

We apply measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption of sensitive credentials, admin sign-in with two-factor authentication, role-based access control and audit logging. No system is completely secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent or object to processing as provided by law. Customers can revoke Google Ads access at any time in their Google account. Send requests to contact@nextsmarter.com.

8. The Customer's role regarding their website visitors

When a Customer uses Click Pro, click data of visitors to the Customer's website is processed on the Customer's instructions. The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis and giving appropriate notice to their visitors.
